Ang pagkilala sa Sangguniang Kabataan ng Barangay Crossing Rubber bilang isa sa mga Highly Performing Sangguniang Kabataan sa South Cotabato ay isang tagumpay na ibinabahagi natin sa buong komunidad. 🩷

Taos-puso kaming nagpapasalamat sa bawat kabataan, sa aming mga partner agencies, volunteers, at sa lahat ng patuloy na sumusuporta at nagtitiwala sa aming adhikain. Taos-pusong kinikilala ng Pamahaalang Lokal ng Tupi, sa pamamagitan ng Local Youth Development Office, ang mga Highly Performing Sangguniang Kabataan Barangays sa ilalim ng Governance Exemplar for Meaningful Service (GEMS) para sa Sangguniang Kabataan CY 2026.

Ang pagkilalang ito ay para sa mga SK Council na nagpakita ng kahusayan sa pamumuno para sa kabataan sa pamamagitan ng huwarang liderato, transparency, pananagutan, inobasyon, at tapat na paglilingkod sa publiko.

Ang kanilang dedikasyon sa pagbibigay ng kapangyarihan sa kabataan at pagpapatupad ng mga makabuluhang programa ay nagtakda ng mataas na pamantayan para sa epektibong lokal na pamamahala, na ginawa silang natatanging modelo ng pamumunong kabataan sa Bayan ng Tupi.
