Bunagan, to ensure accurate, complete, and reliable immunization records.

This activity highlights the importance of quality data in monitoring vaccine coverage, identifying gaps, and improving public health services for the community. Together, we continue to support a healthier and safer future for every child. 🇵🇭✨

The LGU Tumauini through Municipal Health office in coordination with DOH- Cagayan Valley Center for Health and Development will be conducting 𝙁𝙧𝙚𝙚 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙓𝙧𝙖𝙮 in Brgy. Liwanag, Tumauini, Isabela. On May 04,2026 starting 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

𝐗𝐑𝐀𝐘 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐂𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐑𝐄:
1.) Magsuot ng plain tshirt (ANY COLOR walang butones or print) hanggat maaari wag mag suot o pakialis ang mga kwintas o ano mang nakasabit sa leeg.

2.) Hindi pwede ang buntis o yung hindi sigurado kung buntis siya.

3.) Patients to Catered: 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗦 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗻𝗼 𝗵𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗕 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.; Priority are those with sign/symptoms of TB, close contacts, high risk/vulnerable groups(𝙉𝙊 𝘼𝙂𝙀 𝙇𝙄𝙈𝙄𝙏).
