Concept of the project:
Ang TEAM PAGASA ay gagawa ng handicrafts gaya ng wall clock, lampshades and other home decors at ibebenta through the help of PNP IPPO. At ang profit nito ay ibibili ng libro o learning materials ng mga batang magaaral. Dahil si PD IPPO PCOL JAMES MELAD ay nais na tulungan ang mga batang mag aaral, ayaw niya na sila ay mapariwara at maging palaboy sa lansangan.
