𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Isabela School of Arts and Trades (ISAT) conducted a Training Induction Program (TIP) for scholars of Automotive Technology Servicing (ATS) NC I under the Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) on September 1, 2026, at TESDA-ISAT, Calamagui 2nd, City of Ilagan, Isabela.

The activity officially marked the start of the institution-based training, orienting the scholars on the competency requirements, training arrangements, institutional policies, attendance requirements, assessment procedures, and their responsibilities as TESDA trainees.

Through the STEP Scholarship Program, TESDA-ISAT continues to provide accessible and relevant technical-vocational training designed to equip beneficiaries with skills that can support their employment and livelihood opportunities.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | TESDA Aparri Polytechnic Institute (API) conducted a Clean-Up Drive and Tree Planting Activity on August 20, 2026, at the API school grounds, promoting environmental responsibility and community involvement.

The activity brought together API trainees, trainers, and staff, with the support of the Barangay Council and workers of Barangay Maura, led by Punong Barangay Fely M. Furagganan.

The initiative encouraged sustainable practices while strengthening the partnership between API and the local community in promoting a clean and environmentally responsible learning environment.

𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 | The Lasam Institute of Technology (LIT) marked the 32nd Anniversary of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) alongside the celebration of Buwan ng Wika 2026 through a series of activities held at the LIT Compound.

Led by School Acting Administrator Mrs. Editha B. Mansion, the celebration brought together LIT staff, trainees, guests, and stakeholders in activities that promoted Filipino cultural pride, environmental responsibility, teamwork, creativity, and camaraderie.

Highlights included a Tree Growing Activity, Laro ng Lahi, Cheers and Yells, Search for Mr. and Ms. LIT 2026, and Poster and Slogan Making Contest, giving participants opportunities to showcase their talents, creativity, and appreciation of Filipino culture.

Through the celebration, LIT emphasized that technical-vocational education goes beyond skills development—it also helps shape responsible, culturally grounded, environmentally conscious, and community-oriented individuals.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | TESDA Aparri Polytechnic Institute (API) brought its community training services closer to workers in Tuguegarao City through a three-day Community-Based Training on Clean Public Areas held at the Itawes Manpower Services Corporation facility.

A total of 25 participants, including manpower supervisors, team leaders, inspectors, agency staff, and job applicants, completed the hands-on training designed to strengthen their skills in maintaining clean, safe, and orderly work environments.

The training covered proper waste segregation and disposal, facility cleaning and maintenance protocols, and daily workplace routines that promote environmental responsibility.

The initiative responded to the community's request for targeted technical training, highlighting TESDA API's continued efforts to provide accessible and employment-ready skills that support workforce development and help maintain clean, organized, and compliant operational spaces.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Aparri Polytechnic Institute (API) recognized its industry partners through the Gawad Parangal sa mga Partner sa Industriya and Industry Consultation held on August 17, 2026, as part of the 32nd TESDA Anniversary Institutional Celebration.

The activity gathered representatives from partner establishments, including St. Patrick Garden Hotel, HnR Interior Designs and Services, and Bumatay Autoparts, along with the API Advisory Council led by Mr. Cloyd Velasco.

API expressed its appreciation for the partners’ continued support and contributions to developing competent and industry-ready learners.

The Industry Consultation also provided an avenue for stakeholders to exchange insights, share recommendations, and explore further collaboration in training, skills development, and workforce preparation.
