The training featured ๐๐ซ. ๐๐๐ง๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐. ๐๐ฎ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฌ, Assistant Director for Strategic Management, who shared insightful, practical, and inspiring ideas on how library staff can provide better service by practicing courtesy, empathy, and a genuine service mindset. Her talk highlighted simple yet meaningful ways staff can create positive experiences for users through communication, respect, and professionalism.
A total of ๐๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฉ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ joined the session via MS Teams, actively engaging in discussions and activities that helped them reflect on their roles as service providers.
