Paws, purpose, and community! The Veterinary Student Achievers' Society (VSAS) successfully hosted an insightful seminar on animal welfare and responsible pet ownership at Brgy. Aggugadan, Peñablanca, Cagayan, August 22, 2026.

Our organization shared essential knowledge on caring for our furry companions, ensuring they live healthy, happy lives. But the love didn't stop at pet care—VSAS also extended a helping hand to the local community by distributing food and donated clothing to the residents.

A huge thank you to the barangay officials and residents of Brgy. Aggugaddan for the warm welcome and active participation. Together, we are building a kinder, more compassionate community for both people and animals! 🐶🐱✨

August 31, 2026, the Veterinary Student Achievers' Society (VSAS) officially marked a monumental milestone as we celebrated our 23rd Anniversary!
Looking back on more than two decades of dedicated service, leadership, and academic excellence, we are reminded of the strong foundation built by those who came before us.

A heartfelt thank you to our honored Mu Etan Doctors for gracing our celebration with your presence. Your wisdom, guidance, and inspiring words have ignited a renewed passion in the hearts of the next generation of achievers. We are beyond grateful for your unwavering support and for continuing to lead by example as true pillars of the veterinary profession.

The Veterinary Student Achievers’ Society (VSAS) launches PAWS AND PLATES, a long-term initiative that aims to provide food and clean water for stray animals around the CSU–Carig Campus.

We currently have five feeder stations around the vicinity of the campus:

If you’re a student and happen to pass by a feeder station, feel free to refill it whenever needed. 🐾

In line with International Homeless Animals’ Day, observed every August 15, we hope to remind everyone that animals without homes deserve care and compassion, too.
