Regional Police Strategy Management Unit - RPSMU PRO 2

PRO2 RPSMU is a counterpart of the Center for Police Strategy Management in ensuring the implementation of the PNP PATROL Plan 2030 in Cagayan Valley.

The PNP is amidst its journey to the roadmap for transformation. As envisioned by the organization, by the year 2030, with the guidance of the Almighty, the PNP shall be a highly capable and credible law enforcement organization. The Valley Cops have been doing their fair share of instigating countless programs to realize PNP's vision. PRO2 is one of the ONLY two PROs to comply with the Initiation

Stage of the Performance Governance System. This page will showcase more accomplishments to strongly manifest our support for the Chief, PNP's transformation program. With the combined support of the community and stakeholders, there will be more to come from PRO2. OUR MARCH TOWARDS TRANSFORMATION CANNOT BE HALTED.

Grace Bennet B. Acorda, Legal Sector and NAPOLCOM Representative and Dr. John Mauro Q. Manuel, NGO Sector RAGPTD Members and RPSMU as secretariat at the PRO2 Conference Room.

The PRO2 Regional Advisory Group for Police Transformation and Development (RAGPTD) conducted the 1st regular meeting presided over by PLTGEN JEFFERSON P SORIANO (Ret.), RAGPTD Chairperson at the PRO2 Transformation Champions' Lounge, Camp Marcelo A Adduru on February 23, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. attended by the other Regional Advisory Group Members and the two new members Atty. Grace Bennet Acorda, Legal Sector/Napolcom and PEMS Erlinda Vea (Ret.), Senior Citizen Sector and also assisted by RPSMU personnel who served as the secretariat.

The Chairman and Presiding Officer called the meeting to order at about 2:30 PM. PMAJ ARLENE M JAVIER, Assistant Chief, RPSMU and Head Secretariat presented the following agenda which were approved and subsequently discussed by the RAGPTD

The said meeting focus on review and approval of revisions of measures in the PRO2 scorecard and the review and approval of the TWG Resolution No. 1 Series of 2024: "A Resolution Revising the Criteria for the Search for PRO2 Transformation Champions."

Victor M Serquiña, CAGPTD Chairperson, Warriors Hall, 1st PMFC Headquarter, Baligatan, Ilagan City, Isabela.
