As part of the institutionalization of strategic Human Resource Management, the Cagayan Valley Medical Center Human Resource Management Section concluded a virtual Orientation for Newly Hired Employees (CVMC ONE) from August 4-7, 2026.

Highlights of the 4-day online onboarding included CVMC's essential Human Resource policies and other pertinent topics in support of the attainment of the hospital's overall goals. External Master Subject Experts from various agencies such as Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and GSIS shared their institutions' programs and implementing guidelines to ensure a seamless orientation for the new hires as they start their careers with CVMC.
