This is a Mass Civil Wedding sponsored by the Tuguegarao City Government

*Who can join:*

- Couples who are Filipino citizens and at least 18 years old
- Must be residents of Tuguegarao City
- Must be legally capacitated to marry
- With a valid marriage license issued by the Tuguegarao City Civil Registry Office
- No legal impediment to marry

*When:*
Date: August 15, 2026
Time: 8:00 AM
Where: Tuguegarao Cultural Center
4F Mall of the Valley, Tuguegarao City

*Free inclusions:
- Solemnization by City Mayor Maila Ting Que
- Marriage Certificate processing
- Photo documentation
- Reception and tokens

*Requirements:*
1. Duly ccomplished Application for Marriage License
2. Birth Certificate of both parties, PSA copy
3. CENOMAR of both parties, PSA copy, issued within 6 months
4. Barangay Certificate of Residency or Valid ID/Community Tax Certificate (Cedula), current year
6. Personal appearance before the Marriage Unit of the Tuguegarao City Civil Registry Office.

*How to apply:*
1. Get application forms at the City Civil Registry Office, Ground Floor, City Hall
2. Submit complete requirements to the LCR on or before August 3, 2026.
3. Attend mandatory Pre-Marriage Counseling at the City Health Office in San Gabriel, Tuguegarao City
