The National Housing Authority (NHA) Region II & CAR 2 Office, headed by Officer-in-Charge EnP. Charita S. Rasay, RSW, MDM, concluded its 50th Anniversary celebration with a Culminating Gala Night held on October 15, 2025, at Hotel Carmelita, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.
The culminating activity gathered personnel from the Region II & CAR 2 Program Office, CAKB District Office, and INVQI District Office in a night filled with fellowship, fun, and recognition, celebrating both the Authorityβs milestones and the people behind its achievements.
Highlights of the event included the recognition of development partners from the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), Human Settlements Adjudication Commission (HSAC), Commission on Audit (COA), and Solana Homeowners Association (HOA) for their continuous collaboration in advancing housing programs in the region.
The Gala also featured the recognition of outstanding NHA R2 & CAR 2 employees, acknowledging their dedication to public service and commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
To add color and excitement, the evening was filled with fun games and intermission performances that showcased the talents and creativity of NHA personnel.
The celebration reflected the strong sense of unity, gratitude, and camaraderie among employees and partners β a fitting conclusion to five decades of NHAβs unwavering service, and the beginning of another 25 years of building homes, nurturing communities, and transforming lives.
