𝐈𝐂𝐘𝐌𝐈 | 𝐋𝐑𝐂 𝐒𝐍𝐀𝐏𝐒 📚

The library was buzzing as students filled every corner and became a second home all semester long. From the first day to the final deadline, every corner was filled with students studying, collaborating, cramming, and growing together.

And just like that, last week (April 20–23, 2026), we officially closed the semester, on a high note of full seats, focused minds, and pages well spent, welcoming a total of 2,040 visitors along the way.

It was never just a library, it was where the semester happened. See you again next sem! 💖

𝘾𝙊𝙋𝘾 𝙀𝙑𝘼𝙇𝙐𝘼𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉 | 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙪𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙨

Cagayan State University welcomed the CHED Technical Panel on April 28, 2026 for the evaluation of its Graduate School programs, Master of Arts in Psychology and Doctor of Psychology, for the issuance of the Certificate of Program Compliance COPC.

As part of the visit, key facilities, including the library, were inspected to ensure compliance with CHED Memorandum Order CMO No. 22, s. 2021. The activity reflects CSU’s commitment to quality education and continuous improvement.

📣𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒕 𝑪𝒉𝒆𝒄𝒌: 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒄𝒉 𝑾𝒂𝒔 𝒂 𝑭𝒖𝒍𝒍 𝑯𝒐𝒖𝒔𝒆

This March 2026, students literally marched into the library, with a total of 7,466 visits. The space buzzed with activity, reflecting strong participation across all colleges and the dedication of students making the most of available resources. Each visit helped turn the library into a vibrant and productive learning environment.

The data also highlights trends in student behavior: peak hours, busiest days, and average time spent in the library all point to a community committed to learning and collaboration. From early morning reviews to focused group study sessions, the library continues to be a hub of academic success.

𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐈𝐂𝐄 | 𝐀𝐝𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬

In line with the university’s initiative to conserve energy resources and implement a flexible workweek arrangement, the library will adopt the following schedule:

Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday–Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (open for the College of Medicine only)

This adjustment will take effect until Memorandum Circular No. 114, Series of 2026 is lifted or superseded by subsequent issuances.
