𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: Provincial Assessor Engr. Alice Emma A. Pason and other Department Heads attended the meeting and presentation by the Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF) Central Office, led by Executive Director Consolacion Q. Agcaoili, together with the Deputy Executive Director and other BLGF Central Office Chiefs, before the Provincial Government of Cagayan headed by Governor Gen. Edgar B. Aglipay (Ret.) on June 28, 2026, at the EMME Building, Makati City. The presentation focused on the Real Property Information System (RPIS), Computer-Aided Mass Appraisal (CAMA), and other BLGF programs promoting the digitalization.
On June 29, 2026, personnel from the BLGF Central Office, together with the staff of BLGF Regional Office II, visited the Provincial Assessor's Office to conduct assessment of existing provincial IT equipment for the adoption and installation of RPIS in the Province. The delegation was warmly welcomed by Provincial Assessor Engr. Pason, together with the Division Chiefs and staff of the Provincial Assessor's Office. During their visit, the BLGF team also visited the Records Room of the office and later paid a courtesy call on the Provincial Government of Cagayan, where they were received by Provincial Administrator Atty. Maria Rosario Mamba-Villaflor.
