Recognition Day at Kabkaban Elementary School, held yesterday, March 30, 2026, was a remarkable celebration of hard work, perseverance, and the academic efforts of every learner. Each award given represented dedication, determination, and the courage to learn, grow, and improve.
The event was made even more special by the vibrant dance presentations, the awarding of our proud alumni whose achievements continue to inspire, and the presence of our supportive community. Among those who graced the program were our school head, Mrs. Gracelyn, Barangay Officials, dedicated teachers, and the active SPTA and SGC Officers, all contributing to the guidance and encouragement that help our learners thrive. Parents’ unwavering support added even more warmth and meaning to the celebration.

Today, March 30, 2026, marks a truly special and memorable milestone for the Kabkaban Elementary School community as we celebrate our Moving Up and Graduation Ceremonies. It is a day filled with pride, gratitude, and joy—a celebration of hard work, perseverance, and the beautiful journey of learning that our pupils have completed.
We extend our sincere appreciation to our distinguished guest speakers, Mr. Silvestre C. Villarin, Principal of Kalangahan National High School, and Mr. Raul A. Last March 5, 2026 (Thursday), Kabkaban Elementary School successfully conducted its Oral Reading Verification as part of the school’s continuous effort to strengthen the literacy skills of our learners. The activity was facilitated and carefully conducted by the different school heads, namely Mr. Agustino Mondejar, Mr. Ronie Mondejar, Mr. Ray Mondejar, Mr. Jeramel Bragat, Mr. James D. Gracia, and Mr. Bobbie Molit, whose presence and expertise greatly contributed to the success of the activity.
The Oral Reading Verification aimed to assess and measure the reading proficiency and literacy development of our learners. Through this meaningful activity, the pupils were given the opportunity to demonstrate their reading abilities, confidence, and understanding, which are essential foundations for lifelong learning.
Kabkaban Elementary School is truly grateful for the encouraging results of the verification. We extend our heartfelt appreciation and sincere gratitude to our respected evaluators for generously sharing their time, knowledge, and valuable insights. ✨ “Dreams grow stronger when young minds are guided by inspiring stories and caring hands.”
Kabkaban Elementary School successfully held its Career Guidance Activity last March 13, 2026, where our Grades 5 and 6 pupils proudly wore the attire of their chosen professions, showing their dreams and aspirations for the future. Seeing our learners confidently represent their future careers truly made the activity meaningful and inspiring.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our generous guest speakers, Ms. Charlyn U. Diamante, Licensed Agriculturist, and Mrs. Junelyn Guitguit, Teacher from Libo Elementary School, for sharing their inspiring life journeys and encouraging our pupils to pursue their dreams with determination and hard work.
Our sincere appreciation also goes to the supportive parents who willingly shared their time, effort, and resources in preparing the career attire of their children. Your support made this activity even more special for our learners.
We would also like to thank the SPTA Officers headed by Mrs. Janette A. Pesiao, the SGC Officers led by Mrs. Ruby B. Principal for their continuous support.

Today, Kabkaban Elementary School held a meaningful Communion and Baccalaureate Mass, a special celebration of faith, gratitude, and reflection for our learners as they continue their journey in education.

Our heartfelt thanks to our School Head Mrs. Gracelyn Marie D. Montecillo, the Kabkaban ES faculty, and our Mass presider Rev. Fr. Zachary Zacarias for leading this solemn celebration.

We are deeply grateful to our catechist Nanay Lita for patiently guiding our Grade 4, 5, and 6 learners in their spiritual preparation, and to Nanay Mely for being present and supportive during the Mass.

Our sincere appreciation also goes to the parents for their continuous support to their children.

We also extend our gratitude to the SPTA & SGC Officers for providing the delicious food and for their support during the preparation for today’s celebration of faith.

A blessed day that reminds us that education is not only about learning, but also faith, gratitude, and community. 😇✨🤍

On February 21, 2026, Kabkaban Elementary School successfully conducted a Boy Scout Backyard School Camping within the school grounds. The activity aimed to develop leadership, teamwork, discipline, and survival skills among the Boy Scouts.

The camping included tent pitching, knot tying, basic first aid, cooking simple meals, and fun team-building activities. The scouts worked together to complete different tasks, showing cooperation and responsibility. Teachers and scout leaders guided the participants to ensure safety and proper learning.

The backyard camping provided a meaningful and enjoyable experience for the learners. It helped build their confidence, independence, and camaraderie. The activity was a great success and strengthened the spirit of scouting among the pupils.

Last Tuesday, February 24, 2024, our district successfully conducted the election of officers for the SELG and BKB. It was a meaningful and inspiring event that highlighted the leadership, confidence, and dedication of our learners.
We are proud to share that Lyca S. Manlakat was elected as the District SELG Auditor. This achievement reflects her commitment, integrity, and capability to serve with responsibility at the district level. We are confident that she will fulfill her role with excellence and dedication.
We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to Elizza Pearl C. Miramberl for representing our school during the election. Although she was not elected to a district position, she continues to be an important member of the BKB officers as a Board of Director (BOD). Your willingness to step forward and serve already demonstrates true leadership.
