The Iloilo Provincial Government has officially opened applications for Iskolar sang Iloilo Program (ISIP) Batch 31 for School Year 2026–2027, offering a life-changing opportunity for poor but deserving Ilonggo students to pursue higher education.

The program provides four to five years of college scholarship support, helping scholars complete their degrees and build a brighter future.

A total of 125 scholars will be selected across the province, with 25 scholars per district.

Applicants may choose from two application methods:

ResearchScape 2026 Showcases Senior High School Research Through E-Poster Presentation

Tubungan, Iloilo — Senior High School learners of Tubungan National High School successfully presented their approved research papers through an E-Poster Presentation during the conduct of ResearchScape 2026. The activity highlighted the learners’ research outputs and innovative ideas developed through their academic studies.

ResearchScape 2026 was conducted in collaboration with the Inquiries, Investigations, and Immersion (3Is) and Empowerment Technologies subjects, integrating research skills with digital presentation and communication competencies. The activity provided learners with the opportunity to share their findings, respond to questions, and demonstrate their understanding of their research topics.

The school extends its sincere appreciation to the distinguished panel of judges who generously shared their time and expertise in evaluating the presentations: Mr. Joel Calzado, Mrs. Vanessa Lacson, Mrs. Veronica Tabares, and Mr. Oscar Tadeo Tanque.

The event served as a platform for learners to develop confidence in presenting research outputs while promoting a culture of inquiry, critical thinking, and academic excellence among Senior High School students.

🔥 Tubungan NHS Joins Fire Prevention Month 2026 Celebration 🔥

The Tubungan National High School (TNHS) proudly participated in the Poster Making Contest and Essay Writing Contest organized by the Bureau of Fire Protection – BFP Tubungan in celebration of Fire Prevention Month 2026.

With this year’s theme,
“Sa Pag-iwas sa Sunog, Hindi Ka Nag-iisa”,
our learners showcased their creativity, awareness, and commitment to promoting fire safety and prevention in the community.

Through art and writing, TNHS students demonstrated the importance of preparedness, vigilance, and collective responsibility in preventing fire incidents.
