Tubay Fire Station, under the leadership of FCSUPT HONEE FRITZ N ABANGAN-DIEL, DSC, Regional Director, BFP Caraga, with the supervision of FSINSP BOBBY U ARENA Jr, Acting Provincial Fire Marshal, BFP Agusan del Norte, and spearheaded by SFO4 Sherda T Atup, Officer-in-Charge, Tubay Fire Station, conducted a BLOWBAGETS Inspection and Good Housekeeping Activity as part of its continuing commitment to operational excellence and public safety. The activity focused on the systematic inspection, proper organization, maintenance, and cleanliness of the station’s facilities, firefighting equipment, apparatus, supplies, and work areas.

Personnel ensured that all resources are properly arranged, readily accessible, and maintained in optimal condition for immediate deployment during fire emergencies and other critical incidents.

TANOD KAAGAPAY – CFAG | TANOD CAPACITY BUILDING TRAINING

The Tubay Fire Station, under the leadership of FCSUPT HONEE FRITZ N ABANGAN-DIEL, DSC, Regional Director of BFP Caraga, with the supervision of FSINSP BOBBY U ARENA JR, Acting Provincial Fire Marshal, BFP Agusan del Norte, and spearheaded by SFO4 Sherda T Atup, Officer-In-Charge, conducted the TANOD KAAGAPAY – CFAG (Community Fire Auxiliary Group) Tanod Capacity Building Training in all 13 Barangays of the municipality of Tubay in cooperation with the Local Government Unit (LGU), Philippine National Police (PNP), and Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) at the Tourism Center, Brgy. Poblacion 1, Tubay, Agusan del Norte, in celebration of the National Crime Prevention Week 2026.

The training aimed to strengthen the knowledge, skills, preparedness, and capabilities of Barangay Tanods in promoting community safety, supporting crime prevention efforts, and responding effectively to emergencies and fire-related incidents.

The activity underscores the importance of inter-agency collaboration and active community participation in preventing crime, promoting public safety, and building a peaceful, safe, and resilient community.
