PUBLIC CONSULTATION NOTICE: Proposed 2026 Schedule of Market Values

​In compliance with Republic Act No. 12001 (RPVARA), the Provincial Government of Cagayan, through the Provincial Assessor’s Office, invites all stakeholders to a Public Consultation regarding the Proposed 2026 Schedule of Market Values (SMV) for real properties within the province.

For 1st and 2nd Districts of Cagayan
April 8, 2026 | 1:00 PM
Venue: Sub-Capitol Gymnasium, Bangag. Lallo, Cagayan

For the 3rd District including Baggao. Piat, Sto. Niño, and Rizal
April 9, 2026 | 1:00 PM
Venue: DA RFO2 Gymnasium, Nursery Compound. San Gabriel, Tuguegarao City

Financial Institutions & Banks, Real Estate Developer, Real Estate Brokers & Appraisers, Notaries Public, Property Owners & Homeowners Associations, Business Establishments, Government Agency Representatives, General Public & All Other Stakeholders are encouraged to attend.
