Let's fight the stigma against mental health together by educating ourselves! For the past few days, we've talked about positive and negative coping mechanisms. People respond to stress and pressure differently, it may be good or bad. Bear in mind that everyone responds and recovers in ways they are familiar and comfortable with. Keep an open mind and be a safe space for them, that itself is already enough.
