Tara! Treceños suportahan ang ating mga magsasaka at manggagawa sa muling pagbubukas ng Kadiwa ng Pangulo sa darating na August 18, 2026 na gaganapin sa Trece Martires City Hall Covered Court mula alas-7 ng umaga hanggang alas-3 ng hapon.

Iba’t ibang produkto ang mabibili sa murang halaga kagaya ng bigas, prutas, gulay, gatas, kape, kakanin, tinapay, isdang tuyo at marami pang iba.

Ang Kadiwa ng Pangulo ay hatid ng City Government of Trece Martires sa pamamagitan ng Office of the City Agriculturist katuwang ang Department of Agriculture (DA), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) at Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG).

Wag kalimutan magdala ng sariling eco bag upang makaiwas tayo sa paggamit ng plastic.

📢 PUBLIC ADVISORY

In celebration of National Disaster Resilience Month 2026, the City Government of Trece Martires will conduct the DRRM Walk for Hope and Motorcade on Wednesday, July 1, 2026.

🕠 Road Closure Schedule:
5:30 AM – 7:00 AM

The public is advised that the following roads will be temporarily closed to give way to the DRRM Walk for Hope and Motorcade:

* Talisayan Road (From JEA-MAXX to Krislizz International Academy)
* The road at the back of SM City Trece Martires, leading to Bagong Trece People’s Park, and continuing to Talisayan-Lapidario Road.

Motorists are encouraged to plan their trips ahead, use alternate routes, and expect temporary traffic congestion in the surrounding areas during the activity.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and cooperation as we celebrate National Disaster Resilience Month 2026 and continue to promote a safer and more disaster-resilient community.

The City Government of Trece Martires, through the Office of the City Mayor – Information and Communications Technology Division (OCM-ICTD), invites aspiring ICT professionals to take part in a specialized training designed to build practical and in-demand digital skills.

This program is open to IT students, IT graduates, and out-of-school youth with basic knowledge in system development and programming. Priority will be given to residents of Trece Martires City.

📅 May 20–21, 2026 (Wednesday-Thursday) at 8:00am – 5:00 pm only
📍 Bagong Trece People’s Park e-Library, Brgy. Lapidario

City Government of Trece Martires
April 30, 2026

The City Government of Trece Martires issues this official statement in response to inquiries concerning the property subject of recent public allegations.

The property in question is registered in the name of the City Government of Trece Martires, as evidenced by certificates of title duly recorded with the Register of Deeds of Trece Martires City. On the basis of these registered titles, the City Government maintains that it is the lawful registered owner of the property.

Accordingly, allegations of land grabbing, unlawful taking, or any similar accusation against the City Government are baseless and unfounded. Under the Torrens system, a certificate of title is binding and indefeasible unless annulled, cancelled, or modified by a court of competent jurisdiction in a direct proceeding. The City Government will therefore continue to assert and protect its lawful rights over the property in accordance with law.

The City Government also confirms that appropriate legal actions are already being undertaken against persons who have disrupted, obstructed, or interfered with the lawful clearing operations being conducted on the property. These clearing activities are being carried out for a legitimate public purpose, particularly in relation to the development of the site for the construction of the new City Hall of Trece Martires City.

The City Government further clarifies that during the clearing operations, no houses were demolished and no persons were harmed. The City Government recognizes that any demolition involving occupied structures must observe the requirements of due process and applicable law. For this reason, structures used as residences have not been demolished, notwithstanding the City Government’s registered ownership over the property.

The City Government of Trece Martires remains committed to the rule of law, respect for due process, and the protection of public property intended for public use. It will not engage in a media trial of pending or potential legal issues, but it will respond to all claims through the proper legal forums and in accordance with established legal procedures.

Pursuant to Proclamation No. 1006 issued by Malacañang Palace, the following dates are hereby observed in connection with the Holy Week 2026:

📌April 2 (Thursday) – Maundy Thursday (Regular Holiday)
📌April 3 (Friday) – Good Friday (Regular Holiday)
📌April 4 (Saturday) – Black Saturday (Special Non-Working Holiday)

Please be advised that April 1 (Holy Wednesday) is not declared a holiday. However, a half-day work-from-home arrangement shall be implemented from 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 noon, pursuant to the directive of the Office of the President.

Further, April 5 (Sunday) is not a declared holiday.

The public is enjoined to be guided accordingly.
