If the eligible individual (CSE Passer) wishes to authorize someone to claim the CoE on their behalf, please ensure that an authorization letter is provided, along with the original and a photocopy of one (1) valid ID of both the eligible individual and the authorized representative.

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) Regional Office IV hereby announces the conduct of the Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) for Professional and SubProfessional levels.
📅 Date of Examination: 09 August 2026
🗓 Application Period: 14 May 2026 to 10 June 2026
📌 Target Release of Results: 12 October 2026
All interested applicants are advised that acceptance of applications shall be on a first-come, first-served basis and may be closed prior to the deadline once the target number of applicants has been reached.
Applicants are required to apply through the Online Civil Service Examination Application System (OCSEAS) via the link below:
