TESDA joins the nation in celebrating National Women’s Month 2026! 💜

This is a call for Women and Everyone to actively advance gender equality and women’s empowerment across all sectors. With the sub-theme “Lead like the Babaylans, Filipinas!”, we honor the legacy of women leaders who guided their communities with wisdom, empathy, and collective care, values that remain vital in nation-building today.

At TESDA, this leadership lives on in every Filipina who gains skills, earns certifications, leads enterprises, manages industries, and uplifts communities. Through inclusive and industry-driven TVET programs, scholarships, enterprise-based training, and expanded access to non-traditional qualifications, TESDA ensures that women are not only participants in development but leaders of it.

As the Philippines ranks 20th out of 148 countries in the 2025 Global Gender Gap Report and chairs ASEAN 2026 under the theme “Navigating Our Future, Together,” TESDA strengthens its commitment to preparing women for leadership in the workforce, entrepreneurship, innovation, and community development, locally and across the region.

Because when a woman is skilled, certified, and empowered, she does not just change her life; she transforms her family, her community, and the nation.
