DRUG AWARENESS, AND ANTI-TERRORISM SYMPOSIUM AT BUNGA, TOLEDO CITY, CEBU

The 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company "Peacekeepers of the South" personnel, under the direct supervision of PLTCOL WILFREDO I ALARCON, JR., Force Commander, remains its oath of being a beacon of knowledge and wisdom in our community through the conduct of Drug Awareness, and Anti-Terrorism Symposium towards the constituents of Brgy. Bunga, Toledo City, Cebu.

The activity gives emphasize about horrifying effect of illegal drugs in onself, family, and community. As well as the negative impact and distruction of CTG (Communist Terrorist Group) in our community.

The 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company "Peacekeepers of the South" personnel, under the supervision and guidance of PLTCOL WILFREDO I ALARCON, JR., Force Commander, conducted giving of Informative Flyers about Anti-Terrorism, Illegal Drugs Awareness, Safety Tips, SumVac and Labor Day Safety Reminders towards the constituents of Brgy. Bunga, Toledo City, Cebu.

The activity is part of the advertising campaign of this unit, which deals with various topics related in fighting terrorism, and strengthening advocacy related to crime prevention, public safety, disaster preparedness as well as illegal drugs.

The dedicated 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company โ€œPeacekeepers of the Southโ€ Personnel, under the direct supervision of PLTCOL WILFREDO I ALARCON, JR., Force Commander, conducted a purposeful foot patrol on May 5, 2026 at Talisay City, Cebu.

Demonstrating true leadership, accountability, and commitment to duty. With every step, they set the exampleโ€”showing vigilance, approachability, and firm dedication to maintaining peace and order within the community.

Their presence brought reassurance to the public, reflecting unity, discipline, and readiness to respond to any situation. More than just a patrol, it was a clear message that the PNP stands with the peopleโ€”visible, proactive, and always prepared to serve and protect.

PNP MESSAGE FOR LABOR DAY 2026
(ARAW NG MGA MANGGAGAWA)

Sa paggunita ng Araw ng mga Manggagawa, kinikilala ng Philippine National Police ang mahalagang ambag ng bawat Pilipinong manggagawaโ€”ang tunay na lakas na nagpapatakbo sa ating ekonomiya at humuhubog sa kinabukasan ng ating bansa.
Ang paggawa ay hindi lamang hanapbuhay; ito ay dangal, sakripisyo, at pag-asa. Mula sa mga pabrika, opisina, lansangan, hanggang sa mga tahanan, ang bawat patak ng pawis ay pundasyon ng isang mas matatag at mas maunlad na Pilipinas.

Kasabay nito, nirerespeto at pinangangalagaan ng PNP ang karapatan ng mga manggagawa na magpahayag at magtipon nang mapayapa. Ang kapulisan ay nariyan hindi upang hadlangan ang tinig ng mamamayan, kundi upang tiyakin na ang bawat pagkilos ay ligtas, maayos, at may paggalang sa kapwa.

Sa patuloy na pagharap sa mga hamon ng buhay, kaisa ninyo ang PNP sa pagpapanatili ng kaayusan at seguridadโ€”upang makapagtrabaho kayo nang may kapanatagan ng loob.
Ang Araw ng mga Manggagawa ay paalala na ang lakas ng Pilipinas ay nagmumula sa marangal na paggawa at pagkakaisa ng bawat Pilipino.

BARANGAY VISITATION AND DIALOGUE AT BARANGAY OLANGO, ALOGUINSAN

In line with the intensified community engagement efforts, the 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company "Peacekeepers of the South", under the direct supervision of PLTCOL WILFREDO I ALARCON, JR., Force Commander, conducted a Barangay Visitation and Dialogue to Barangay Olango, Aloguinsan. A testimony of strengthening collaboration with barangay officials, stakeholders, and residents.

The activity served as an avenue to openly discuss peace and order concerns within the community, including crime prevention strategies, anti-illegal drug initiatives, and other public safety issues. Residents were encouraged to actively participate, share their insights, and raise concerns to ensure that appropriate actions and responsive solutions are provided.

Through this dialogue, the police were able to reinforce public awareness on safety measures, promote vigilance, and highlight the importance of unity in maintaining a peaceful environment. It also emphasized the vital role of the community as partners in law enforcement, fostering mutual trust, cooperation, and transparency.

This initiative reflects the continuous commitment of the police organization to bring government services closer to the people and to build a more proactive, responsive, and community-oriented policing system.

The 2nd PMFC "Peacekeepers of the South" - RPSB Team led by PLT GERARDO C TABOADA, under direct supervision and guidance of PLTCOL WILFREDO I ALARCON, Force Commander, together with PLTCOL HOMOBUNO ROMERO SAYON, COP of Talisay City Police Station conducted courtesy call to the City Mayor of Talisay City, Cebu Hon. Gerald Anthony "Samsam" Gullas Jr.

This activity aims to formally inform and brief the local chief executive regarding the upcoming activities and programs of the organization. It seeks to secure support, coordination, and guidance from the local government to ensure the successful implementation of these initiatives.

Furthermore, the visit serves to strengthen partnership, promote collaboration, and align efforts toward maintaining peace, order, and community development within the city.
