The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Toledo, led by Mayor Marjorie Perales, bagged the Silver Seal of Protection Award during the GSIS 2025 Pagpupugay sa mga Kaagapay yesterday, November 20, 2025, at the Iloilo Convention Center.
Toledo City is recognized for its outstanding dedication, steadfast commitment, and continuous efforts to protect its assets and strengthen the cityโs safety and resilience.
Present at the event to receive the award on behalf of Mayor Perales were General Services Officer Mr. Christopher Rafols, along with City Planning and Development Officer Architect Daryl Carabio, Budget Officer Mrs. Susan Urot, and Admin Officer V of the City Treasurer's Office Ms. Lorife Pagdalian.
The GSIS Seal of Protection Program is a national initiative that recognizes government agencies and local government units that have fully, accurately, and adequately insured their properties in accordance with the requirements of the Property Insurance Law.
