At about 4:30 PM on June 13, 2026, personnel from the Tiwi Municipal Police Station, led by PMAJ JOHN LOUISE SALVADOR S. PACRES, Chief of Police, provided necessary police assistance and security for the community outreach program titled "Project Starshine: Helping Little Stars Shine Brighter."

The activity was spearheaded by the PMMA Class of 2014, in close partnership with Twin J3 Sales and Marketing Corporation, Krystaluna Apothecary, and the Coast Guard SOG Bicol under the leadership of LCDR KATE ROYCE D PACRES.
