PAHIBALO SA PUBLIKO!

Gipahibalo ang tanan nga, base sa pinakabag-ong update gikan sa Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) kaniadtong Nobyembre 30, 2025, usa (1) ra ka proyekto sa Munisipyo sa Titay ang adunay License to Sell.

Gina-awhag pag-ayo ang publiko nga magmatngon sa pagsulod sa mga transaksiyon nga may kalabutan sa mga development projects nga walay License to Sell, lakip apan dili limitado sa mosunod:
* Mga subdivision lots (nga adunay o walay tinukod nga balay)
* Mga memorial park
* Uban pang mga proyekto sa real estate development.

Ang pagpalit gikan sa mga proyektong walay gikinahanglan nga lisensya mahimong magdala og legal ug pinansyal nga risgo sa mga mamalitay. Siguraduha kanunay ang pag-verify sa rehistrasyon ug licensing status sa proyekto sa DHSUD o sa Office of the MPDC sa dili pa maghimo og bisan unsang bayad.

Magpabilin kitang mahibalo ug mabinantayon aron mapanalipdan ang atong mga katungod ug puhunan.

PUBLIC ADVISORY!

The public is hereby informed that, based on the latest update from the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) as of November 30, 2025, only one (1) project in the Municipality of Titay is duly issued a License to Sell.

The public is strongly advised to exercise caution when engaging in transactions involving development projects without a valid License to Sell, including but not limited to:
* Subdivision lots (with or without residential buildings)
* Memorial parks
* Other real estate development projects.

Purchasing from projects without the required license may expose buyers to legal and financial risks. Always verify the project’s registration and licensing status with the DHSUD or with the Office of the MPDC before making any payments or commitments.

Let us all stay informed and vigilant to protect our rights and investments.
