Monday to Friday:
8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Please bear in mind :

The clearance approval process started as early as March 2026. Throughout April and May, the library remained open and available to accommodate students for clearance processing.
The Registrar's Office also provided specific enrollment schedules for each program to ensure an orderly process.

Please understand that the library receives a high volume of inquiries and requests daily.
While we strive to respond as promptly as possible, processing approvals and responding to messages takes time, especially during peak periods.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
By adhering to the prescribed schedules and submitting requirements ahead of time, delays and congestion can be minimized for everyone's benefit.

*Please stop complaining why until now wla pa mo na approve. Dili lang 15 students ang magpa approve with in the day. Thousands ang ga send ug message and please stop whining na schedule na ninyo sa enrollment and wla pa mo na approve. Taas ang time ghatag sa inyuha po para i process ang approval, tapos sa scheduled enrollment date lang mo nag process? Nag hulat rami always when mo magpa approve prior sa enrollment sched.

Please refrain from blaming us or holding the library responsible for the delay, as we have been processing clearance requests within the established schedule and procedures.

In light of the recent earthquake and to help limit the number of people entering the school premises, the Library is now accepting online requests for library clearance approval.
