The Local Government Unit of Sto. Niño proudly congratulates the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation of Sto. Niño for being recognized as a Highly Performing SK Federation in the Governance Exemplars for Meaningful Service for Sangguniang Kabataan (GEMS for SK) assessment.

This prestigious recognition reflects the Federation's unwavering commitment to advancing youth development through exemplary governance, strategic leadership, sound financial stewardship, and meaningful innovation. It is a testament to the dedication of the SK Federation in championing programs and initiatives that empower the youth and contribute to the overall progress of the municipality.

The GEMS for SK assesses the performance of Sangguniang Kabataan through four key pillars:
