Memorial National High School in 2005; Manuel I. Santos Memorial National High School, Benjamin B. Esguerra Memorial National High School in 2006, and Antonio C. Esguerra Memorial National High School in 2007 emerged before Simona National High School in Barangay of San Isidro and Muzon National High School in Barangay of Muzon established in 2009. The construction of the following schools are due
of addressing the vast student's population in different areas of the barangays in Taytay, Rizal. Since year 1994, the municipality has been primarily served by Taytay National High School, the main of all public secondary schools in Taytay, Rizal. Because of this movement, it greatly help the students to access the public junior education schooling near from their homes. With the cooperations and the active involvement of the local community of each areas built a strong foundations of learning. The infrastructures of Muzon National High School were set up by the school stake holders, NGO's and the local government of Taytay under the supervision of the national government particularly the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) and the Department of Education (DepEd). Initially the school occupied the second floor of the Talipapa Building unit which was situated beside the Barangay Muzon Hall due to the unavailability of a school owned building as two of its buildings were still under construction during those time. On June 2009, Muzon National High School had a regular students from 7th grader (first year), 8th grader (second year), and 9th grader (third year) for school year 2009 - 2010. The school was administered by an assigned teacher - in - charge of DepEd - Rizal. Nestor V. Capistrano, a former MAPEH subject department head under the former school principal administered by Mr. Morado B. Digma of Taytay National High School. The school occupied Talipapa site until early 2011. The construction of the school's two building units, Ciudad building campus (along Sapphire Street in Ciudad Grande) and Narra building campus (along Narra Street in San Miguel Subdivision), both campuses are within Barangay Muzon were completed on June, 2012. The school had its first commencement exercises for the first batch of graduates in 2011. It was the first alumni of MuNHS by then. The following years, designated principals were took over to administer the school, it was Mrs. Elvira R. Conese in 2014, Mrs. Asuncion B. Sierra in 2015, Mr. Jonathan P. Esquierdo from 2015-2018, Mrs. Clarita C. Nocon from 2018-2020, respectively. From 2020 up to this present time, Muzon National High School is under the supervision of DepEd - Rizal assigned school principal spearheaded by Mrs. Amihan R. Fenis, Principal III.
