This meaningful activity brought joy, encouragement, and hope to the beneficiaries, reflecting the spirit of compassion, inclusivity, and community partnership in promoting the welfare, rehabilitation, and reintegration of PDLs.

The Tarlac City Jail โ€“ Male Dormitory extends its heartfelt gratitude to the faculty members of San Nicolas Elementary School for their kindness, support, and commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others.

This jail unit, under the leadership of ๐‰๐‚๐ˆ๐๐’๐ ๐ƒ๐„๐‹๐ˆ๐†๐‡๐“ ๐Œ๐€๐Œ๐ˆ๐‹๐ˆ๐†-๐„๐‘๐‚๐ˆ๐‹๐‹๐€, ๐‚๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐‰๐š๐ข๐ฅ ๐–๐š๐ซ๐๐ž๐ง, successfully conducted the Completion Rites of the Summer Literacy Tutorial Program (SLTP) 2026.

The ceremony was graced by ๐Œ๐ซ. ๐‘๐š๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ ๐‡. ๐•๐š๐ฅ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐จ, ๐€๐‹๐’ ๐“๐ž๐š๐œ๐ก๐ž๐ซ, who served as the Guest of Honor and Speaker.

The activity formally recognized the academic achievements and successful completion of the program by the Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) learners. It also highlighted their dedication, perseverance, and commitment to education despite challenges.
