DATA QUALITY CHECKING | San Clemente RHU

To ensure the accuracy and reliability of the Field Health Services Information System (FHSIS) reports submitted by San Clemente RHU, a Data Quality Checking (DQC) activity was conducted. Reported M1 data were carefully validated against the Target Client List (TCL) to assess consistency and completeness.

As part of the DQC process, reports generated through the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system were also compared with the TCL to evaluate the reliability of EMR-extracted data.

This activity strengthens data integrity and supports better health planning, monitoring, and delivery of quality healthcare services.
