About City Health Center 3 San Miguel
City Health Center III- San Miguel is committed to the vision and mission of the Department of Health as one of its grassroots health facility in Tarlac City for Filipinos to be among the healthiest people in Southeast Asia by 2022, and Asia by 2040. As the basic health unit of the city government of Tarlac, it is the primary implementor of a productive, resilient, equitable and people-centered health system for Universal Health Care. History
The City Health Center III- San Miguel is one of the first four rural health units established then in the municipality of Tarlac. It provides health services for 24 barangays, from San Sebastian to Burot; Armenia to Sta. Following the conversion of the municipality into a city in 1998, the CHC 3 was reorganized in 2000 that reduced the number of barangays served to twelve (12) namely; Armenia, Atioc, Buenavista, Burot, Capehan, Dela Paz, Maligaya, Paraiso, San Carlos, San Francisco, San Miguel and Sapang Tagalog.
