INFORMATION DISSEMINATION ON THE ONLINE WORKSHEETS FOR PROPERTY, PLANT AND EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT

1. Pursuant to the Regional Memorandum No. 187 s. 2025, this office announces to the field the Online Worksheets for Property, Plant and Equipment Management. Implementing Units (IU's) are hereby requested to submit their designated committees and completed PPE Count Sheets via the designated online worksheets and folders.

2. ADVANCE INFORMATION - FY 2026 PROPOSAL FOR SCHOOL EQUIPMENT OUTLAY

Posting of approved Division Memorandum, to follow...

1. Pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 060, s. 2025, this Office announces to the field the preparation for the Summary of List of Equipment Needed (BP Form 201 – Schedule D) of all public schools (both Implementing and Non-Implementing Units).

2. This activity is pre-requisite in the planning of the FY 2026 Budget Proposals under the National Budget Memorandum No. 153.

3. All public schools are hereby required to encode their inputs through this link: (please see attached photo)

4. The deadline for encoding the necessary requirements shall be on or before February 07, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.

5. Immediate dissemination and compliance with this memorandum are enjoined.

The Unit's initiative aims to streamline and improve asset management processes and prompt submissions, provide timely and apt information dissemination on the latest issuances, memoranda, and asset management-related, and inculcate a sense of accountability, proper utilization of assets, asset valuation, and provide data-driven insights into asset performance, enabling informed decisions on asset acquisition, utilization, and disposal
