𝐀𝐁𝐈𝐒𝐎 𝐒𝐀 𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐊𝐎

Bilang pag-iingat sa kaligtasan ng publiko at mga kawani ng pamahalaan bunsod ng inaasahang patuloy na malakas na pag-ulan dulot ng Southwest Monsoon, ipinapaalam ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) na alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 123 na inilabas ng Office of the President, ipatutupad ang work-from-home (WFH) arrangement ngayong araw, Agosto 10, 2026, sa lahat ng tanggapan ng LTO sa National Capital Region (NCR), gayundin sa mga lalawigan ng Ilocos Sur, La Union, Zambales, Bataan, Rizal, Cavite, Batangas, Occidental Mindoro, Benguet, Pangasinan, Abra, Tarlac, Pampanga, Oriental Mindoro, at Bulacan.

Sa ganitong sitwasyon, hinihikayat ang publiko na bigyang-prayoridad ang kaligtasan at ipagpaliban muna ang mga planong transaksyon sa mga tanggapan ng LTO. Ang mga transaksyong hindi maisasagawa sa nasabing araw ay maaaring ipagpatuloy sa oras na maibalik ang regular na operasyon ng mga tanggapan.

Patuloy na subaybayan ang mga opisyal na anunsyo ng LTO para sa mga susunod na update at manatiling alerto sa mga pagbabago sa lagay ng panahon. Higit sa lahat, manatiling ligtas at mag-ingat sa lahat ng oras.

𝟏. 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐬 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲
Official Land Transportation Office (LTO) fees are charged strictly in accordance with standard, government-mandated rates at official LTO offices and authorized sites.

𝟐. 𝐍𝐨 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
LTO Region III does not offer, endorse, or collect payment for all-in "packages" combining driving school certificates, medical exams, and LTO fees.

𝟑. 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲
The public is strongly advised to process their Student Permit and Driver's License applications directly through official LTO channels to avoid unauthorized charges or confusion.

In line with Memorandum Circular No. 67, s. 2024 from the Office of the President, a 𝗛𝗔𝗟𝗙-𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 𝗦𝗨𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 will be observed in 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗟𝗧𝗢 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗘𝗦 on 𝗢𝗖𝗧𝗢𝗕𝗘𝗥 𝟯𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰, starting at 𝟭𝟮:𝟬𝟬 𝗡𝗡.
