The 𝐂𝐁𝐀 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 has officially concluded, yet the legacy of the Purple Leopards continues to shine. Our athletes and players demonstrated exceptional skill and true sportsmanship across the many events and categories.

The opening day was buzzing with energy as the gymnasium filled with KaBAyans from various CBA organizations. From the vibrant parade of athletes to the preliminary competition of our candidates, the Entrepreneurs’ spirit was felt throughout the day, with fellow Purple Leopards cheering as loudly as they could in support.

The 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙜 𝙀𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙪𝙧𝙨’ 𝙎𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙩𝙮 claims the fourth spot with 9 gold medals, 13 silver medals, and 18 bronze medals, across a range of sports including beach volleyball, badminton, table tennis, chess, and athletics. We are incredibly proud of every player who gave their all and contributed to bringing YES to fourth place.

We extend our sincere gratitude to our athletes, players, and candidates for proudly representing the organization and highlighting the strengths and talents of our Entrepreneurship students. To all YES Officers and OICs, thank you for your dedication in ensuring everything ran smoothly and for taking care of our athletes. And to our fellow Purple Leopards, we truly appreciate your unwavering support in every sport and event.

Let’s make some noise, scream ‘Purple’ loud and proud, for showing everyone what we’re made of and bringing home the glory.

The 𝐌𝐫., 𝐌𝐬., & 𝐌𝐱. 𝐂𝐁𝐀 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 just wrapped up on March 27th, bringing together the different college organizations to compete for the crown. It was a night filled with excitement and screams as the candidates brought their best on the stage and shined in their own ways.

We want to extend our heartfelt congratulations to our YES candidates, 𝐌𝐬. 𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐳𝐚 and 𝐌𝐱. 𝐌𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐧 𝐄𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚, for representing the Entrepreneurship Department on the stage, making our fellow Purple Leopards proud. Your efforts and dedication have shown through.

Not just merch, this is our identity. Check out the purple leopards rocking our new designs and serving style while representing at the same time. The long-requested ID Lace is back, with all new designs for our t-shirt and department polo. Don’t forget to claim our new YES merchandise for fellow entrepreneur students!

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Q: Where and when are the merchandise available for claiming?
A: It is available at the TSU Main CBA Building Workroom 1, near R124 from 11am – 5pm.

Q: Why are the department shirts being recalled?
A: The department polo shirts are being recalled due to a manufacturing issue where the embroidered YES logo was lacking contrast and was not showing up correctly. The recalled polo shirts will be released at a later date (TBA). If you have not yet surrendered your polo shirt, please return it to YES Workroom 1 by March 24.

Q: What materials are the merchandise made of?
A: The ID Lace is woven on polyester, standard for CBA ID Laces. The material used for our Graphic Tee is 100% cotton fabric. The department polo shirt is made from a Lacoste Cotton Blend; A breathable and lightweight fabric, popularly used for uniforms.

Q: The material used for the department shirt is different than expected.
A: We have been notified regarding concerns about the thickness of the fabric used for production, as students were expecting the material to be thicker, similar to the CBA polo shirts. The production method used for our department shirt is a sublimation process, as opposed to the cut-and-sew method used by the CBA, resulting in the use of a lighter fabric more appropriate for sublimation. Our decision to utilize this method was informed by the design of the shirt and the humid weather. Please rest assured that regardless of the method chosen, the fabric is still of high quality, max comfortability, and 100% Lacoste.

Q: Will there be another batch of pre-orders coming soon?
A: We are currently surveying different years and sections of entrepreneur students who are willing to order another round of merchandise. But as of right now, there are no plans to release a third batch.

Q: Will I be able to wear my merchandise during classes?
A: Yes. The released merchandise from our organization is Official College Merchandise. You will be able to wear your graphic tee and department polo shirt during classes and official college events. Please refer to the uniform schedule prescribed by our college’s student council.
