RD MENDEZ CONDUCTS COMMAND VISIT TO RMFB3

PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN Jess B. Mendez conducted a Command Visit to the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 3 (RMFB3) on May 29, 2026 at Camp Captain Julian Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

During the visit, he met with RMFB3 personnel and emphasized the importance of operational readiness, discipline, and professionalism. He also conveyed his support for the battalion under the leadership of its newly installed Force Commander, PLTCOL Edilmar G. Alviar, and encouraged personnel to remain united and mission-focused in delivering quality public service.

The activity reaffirmed PRO3's commitment to the PNP Focused Agenda and the vision of “Serbisyong Mabilis, Tapat, at Nararamdaman.”

PRO3'S SUSTAINED ANTI-DRUG OPERATIONS YIELD ₱1.1-M SHABU HAUL, HIGH-VALUE TARGETS

Continuing anti-illegal drug operations of Police Regional Office 3 resulted in the arrest of several high-value drug personalities and the seizure of more than 167 grams of suspected shabu worth over Php1.1 million in separate operations conducted in Nueva Ecija, Bulacan, and Bataan from May 27 to 29, 2026.

In Guimba, Nueva Ecija, a high-value drug personality was arrested during a buy-bust operation conducted by the Guimba Municipal Police Station, with authorities confiscating around 63 grams of suspected shabu valued at Php428,400.

Another high-value target was arrested by operatives of the San Jose Del Monte City Police Station in Bulacan, leading to the recovery of about 52 grams of suspected shabu worth Php353,600 and an improvised firearm loaded with live ammunition.

Meanwhile, in Dinalupihan, Bataan, police arrested two drug suspects, including a high-value individual, during a buy-bust operation that resulted in the confiscation of 52.51 grams of suspected shabu with a standard drug price of Php357,068 along with other drug-related items.

The three operations yielded a total of 167.51 grams of suspected shabu with a standard drug price of Php1,139,068.00 preventing the illegal drugs from reaching communities in Central Luzon.

PRO3 Director PBGEN Jess B Mendez lauded the operating units for their relentless efforts in the campaign against illegal drugs.

“These successful operations send a strong message that PRO3 remains relentless in going after individuals involved in the illegal drug trade. We will continue to sustain intelligence-driven operations and strengthen our law enforcement efforts to keep our communities safe,” PBGEN Mendez said.

He emphasized that the accomplishment reflects the PNP’s continuing commitment to the anti-illegal drug campaign under the PNP Focused Agenda of Chief, PNP, PGEN Jose Melencio C Nartatez Jr.

“Hindi tayo titigil sa pagpapatupad ng batas laban sa mga nagpapakalat ng ilegal na droga. Ang bawat matagumpay na operasyon ay hakbang tungo sa mas ligtas at mas maayos na mga komunidad sa Central Luzon,” he added.

PRO3 personnel gathered for the Blue Mass at the Mother of Perpetual Help Chapel, Camp Captain Julian Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga on May 29, 2026.

PCOL MENDOZA TAKES OATH AS ONE OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF TARLAC RED CROSS

PCOL JOEL L MENDOZA, Provincial Director, Tarlac Police Provincial Office (TPPO), attended the Regular Bi-Monthly Board Meeting of the Tarlac Red Cross Chapter for the month of May 2026. During the meeting, PCOL MENDOZA officially took his oath as one of the Board of Directors of the said agency, further strengthening coordination and partnership in humanitarian efforts, disaster response, and community service initiatives on May 29, 2026, held at the L. Paras Pavilion, in front of Asiaten Hotel, Brgy. San Sebastian, Tarlac City.

TARLAC PPO HOLDS TURNOVER CEREMONY FOR RAMOS AND ANAO MPS

The Tarlac Police Provincial Office, headed by PCOL JOEL L MENDOZA, Provincial Director, presided over the turnover ceremony between PMAJ JOSE L NATIVIDAD JR., outgoing Chief of Police, and PMAJ GEROME BOY R SIMEON, incoming Chief of Police of the Ramos Municipal Police Station on May 29, 2026, held at TPPO Conference Room, General Camp Macabulos, Brgy. San Vicente, Tarlac City, Tarlac.

This was followed by the turnover ceremony between PMAJ GEROME BOY R SIMEON, outgoing Chief of Police, and PMAJ CHRISTINE A CAMACHO, incoming Acting Chief of Police of the Anao Municipal Police Station.

Also present during the activity were the Provincial Staff Officers, personnel from the Provincial Headquarters, and personnel of the Ramos and Anao Municipal Police Stations.

The activity aimed to formally transfer leadership and authority of the said Municipal Police Stations to ensure continuity of command and the effective delivery of police services.
