Habol na po kamo kay until January 20, 2026 la an aton renewal period.

⚠️ January 21 onwards, late na po ito ngan may surcharge nga 25% ngan interest nga 2% kada bulan.

Sa lahat ng business owners sa Tarangnan, inaanyayahan po namin kayo na mag-renew ng inyong Business Permits sa itinakdang petsa. Siguraduhin po nating updated at compliant ang ating mga negosyo para sa mas maayos na serbisyo sa komunidad.

✅ Ang maagang pag-renew ay makakatulong upang maiwasan ang penalty at masiguro ang tuloy-tuloy na operasyon ng inyong negosyo.

📢 REMINDER TO ALL MOTORIZED BANCA/MOTORBOAT OPERATORS!

Pursuant to Municipal Ordinance No. 119-13, Series of 2025, entitled
“An Ordinance Regulating the Operation of Motorized Bancas or Motorboats for Hire Transporting Passengers within the Territorial Jurisdiction of the Municipality of Tarangnan, Samar, Providing Guidelines, Penalties, and for Other Purposes.”

All owners and operators of motorized bancas or motorboats for hire operating within the Municipality of Tarangnan are hereby reminded to secure a Permit from the Municipal Government of Tarangnan (through the BPLO) before engaging in passenger transport operations.

Let us ensure the safe, legal, and organized operation of our motorboats within the municipal waters of Tarangnan. Together, let’s uphold safety, accountability, and order in our local sea transport.

The Municipality of Tarangnan reminds all business owners and operators of WiFi Vendo Machines regarding Municipal Ordinance No. 118-13, Series of 2025
“An Ordinance Regulating the Operation of All Business Establishments Offering Retail Internet Service Connection in the Municipality of Tarangnan and for Other Purposes.”

🔹 As provided in the Ordinance:
✅ Single and stand-alone WiFi Vendo Machines→ Barangay Permit shall suffice (sapat na).

✅ Multiple WiFi Vendo Machines or centralized/networked operations in a barangay, municipality, or province → Must secure the following:

-VAS Permit from NTC

-MOA from authorized telecommunication company

-JPA from local electric cooperative

-Business Permit from the Municipality of Tarangnan

🔴 Failure to comply constitutes a violation:
1st offense- ₱1,000.00 w/notice of compliance
2nd offense- 1,500 & temporary closure
3rd offense- 2,500 & permanent closure order

👉 Let us all cooperate for the proper regulation of internet services in our municipality.
