MAS-Sustansiya ang Canola Oil sa Heart-Healthy Fats 🥑

Ang Canola oil ay mataas sa good or unsaturated fats (93%) at mababa sa saturated fats (7%). Dahil sa magandang fat composition, mainam ito na heart-healthy substitute upang makatulong sa pagpababa ang bad cholesterol level sa inyong mga ugat. Sabayan ito ng antioxidants mula sa gulay at prutas para masigurong magamit ito nang maayos ng ating katawan.

Ang Coconut oil naman ay mataas sa saturated fats (83%). Bagama't mas healthy ito sa animal-based fats tulad ng taba ng baboy o lard, kapag nasobrahan ay maaari pa ring makataas ito ng bad cholesterol levels sa ating mga ugat na pwedeng pag-ugatan ng hypertension.

Makikita sa baba ang heart-healthy meter ng mga uri ng fats, epekto nito sa cholesterol levels, at mga pagkaing mayaman nito. Malalaman natin anong mga taba ang IWASAN, BAWASAN, at GAMITIN para mapanatiling healthy ang ating puso. Kahit gamitin natin ang Healthy Fats, limitahan lamang natin ito sa 30% of total calorie intake para mapanatiling mababa ang ating cardiovascular risk.
