Sa mga hindi po nakaabot sa kanilang schedule ng enrollment sa mga nagdaang araw, starting May 4 onward ay sisimulan po ulit namin ang ating enrollment para sa inyo.

STEP 1. GET THE ENROLLMENT FORM
Ano ang mga requirements
1. REPORT CARD (SF9/FORM 138)

STEP 2. FILLING OUT THE ENROLLMENT FORM
-make sure po na nasagutan ng tama at lahat ng dapat sagutan sa enrollment form.

STEP 5. SUBMISSION THE ACCOMPLISHED ENROLLMENT FORM WITH ALL THE REQUIREMENTS
-make sure na kumpletong maipasa ang lahat ng requirements at enrollment form.

STEP 6. DONE
- waiting nalang sa announcement ng posting ng section ng learner.

REMINDER:
1. Ang enrollment po namin ay Libre at walang bayad.
2. Mag Enroll lamang sa authorized personnel(Guidance personnel)
na naka assigned sa enrollment.
3. Mag dala ng sariling Black ballpen para sa pag sagot sa enrollment Form.
4. Mag baon ng mahabang pasensya at pang unawa sa araw ng enrollment.

starting May 4 ay mag sisimula na ang ating enrollment.

NOTE:
kailangan po na kasama ang learner sa pag eenroll, para po sa medical and reading.

narito po ang ating enrollment procedure for incoming Grade 7.

STEP 1. SCREENING OF DOCUMENTS
-Make sure po kumpleto ang ating requirements para hindi po tayo pabalik balik sa enrollment.
-kulang na requirements ay hindi po matatangap sa last step ng enrollment procedure.
Ano ang mga requirements
1. REPORT CARD (SF9/FORM 138)
2. PSA BIRTH CERTIFICATE (Photo copy only)
3. BRGY CERTIFICATE OF RESIDENCY (Nakapangalan sa learner)
4. 1x1 Picture pcs( if may 2x2 picture po ay p**i dala na rin)

STEP 2. FILLING OUT THE ENROLLMENT FORM

STEP 3. MEDICAL
-pumunta sa po sa aming school clinic or designated nurse na kasama namin sa enrollment and mag pamedical sa ating school nurse
-Libre po ang ating medical

STEP 4. READING FOR 79 AND BELOW
-Sa mga learner na 79 and below ang general average ay dapat pong mag proceed sa step 4 para po sa ating reading.

STEP 5. SUBMISSION THE ACCOMPLISHED ENROLLMENT FORM WITH ALL THE REQUIREMENTS
-make sure na kumpletong maipasa ang lahat ng requirements at enrollment form.
