The Sangguniang Bayan of Tantangan Conducted Public Hearing of the proposed Ordinances:

1. AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE DRINKING OF LIQUOR AND INTOXICATING BEVERAGES IN THE STREETS, SIDEWALKS, PUBLIC PLACES AND OTHER OPEN PUBLIC AREAS WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TANTANGAN, SOUTH COTABATO, PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF,

2. AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ANY PERSON FROM WALKING, LOITERING, STAYING OR DRIVING IN THE STREETS, ROADS, AND OTHER PUBLIC PLACES WITH NO SHIRT OR IN A HALF-NAKED STATE WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TANTANGAN,SOUTH COTABATO AND PROVIDING PENALTIES THEREFOR,

3.AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE USE OF VIDEO.K, SOUND SYSTEM, LOUDSPEAKER AND OTHER AMPLIFIED AUDIO DEVICES WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TANTANGAN, SOUTH COTABATO PRESCRIBING ALLOWABLE HOURS UNTIL 10:00 O’CLOCK IN THE EVENING, PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
