It is with profound sadness that we remember and honor Paul Vincent S. Malhin, former President of the NMSCST Supreme Student Council and member of the NMSCST Board of Trustees. His passing was so sudden, and it has deeply saddened the entire academic community he once faithfully served. He had so much more ahead of him—his dedication and intelligence showed great promise for an even brighter future.

Paul was more than a Student Trustee—he was a genuine voice of the students, a leader who carried the responsibility of representation with integrity, humility, and dedication. He was selfless, a leader who laughed and was approachable, and someone who always inspired his fellow students through his actions, words, and quiet strength.

We thank you, Paul, for your unwavering commitment to the students and to the institution. Your contributions, have left a lasting mark on the Board and on the lives of those who had the privilege to work with you.

Your legacy will continue to live on in the institution you helped shape and in the hearts of those you inspired. You will always be remembered with gratitude, respect, and honor.

With profound sorrow, the NMSCST community mourns the passing of Hon. Gideon J. Pascubillo, our esteemed Alumni Trustee and dedicated member of the Board of Trustees.

Hon. Pascubillo was not only a proud son of NMSCST but also a true champion of its students. He was known for his generosity, humility, and unwavering commitment to uplift the lives of others—especially the youth whose dreams he helped nurture through support, encouragement, and action.

His service to the College was marked by deep passion and a vision for progress rooted in compassion. Through the years, he touched countless lives and left an indelible mark on the heart of our institution.
