OSAEC WIPE Out ver. 15.0

Deputy City Prosecutor (DCP) Allen Montenegro Gasulas, one of the members of the Regional Anti-Child Online Sexual Exploitation and Trafficking Task Force XIII (RACETTF XIII) attended the Anti-Child Online Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children - Workshop for Interagency Protection and Enforcement Against Exploitation (OSAEC WIPE Out) version 15.0.

The OSAEC WIPE Out is a capacity-building and strategic convergence program led by the Department of Justice - Philippines and the National Coordination Center Against OSAEC and CSAEM.

The program aims to eliminate Online Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children (OSAEC) by bringing together law enforcers, prosecutors, judges, and social workers. It equips these agencies with the legal frameworks of R.A. No. 11930, cybercrime warrant procedures, and digital evidence handling to strengthen case-building and bring perpetrators to justice.

2026 CARAGA PROSECUTORS AND POLICE CONVERGENCE: ACTIONABLE FRAMEWORK FOR OSAEC AND CYBER-RELATED CRIMES

17-18 June 2026 | Shacene Hotel, Tandag City

OCP Tandag participated the just concluded 2026 CARAGA Prosecutors and Police Convergence on OSAEC and Cyber-Related Crimes. Supported by Hanns-Seidel-Stiftung Foundation, a German political foundation actively focuses on civic, education, democratic capacity building, peace, and development process, the participants were trained in order to enhance the capability of prosecutors and law enforcers in handling ICT enabled and OSAEC Crimes.

CP Benjamin Uy was one of the resource persons for Cybercrime Law while DCP Allen Montenegro Gasulas was also one of the resource persons for CSAEM/OSAEC Laws.

Caroline Lee, the program director thanked the Regional Prosecution Office XIII for their active participation in combating these crimes. In response, RP John Magdaraog encouraged everyone to strengthen the inter-agency collaboration in the investigation and collaboration of criminal cases.

Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 265, series of 2023, every 20th of June is declared as the NATIONAL REFUGEE DAY. This year’s National Refugee Day theme is “Solutions in Motion: Rebuilding Futures Together.” OCP Tandag is one with the nation and the Department of Justice - Philippines in wearing Blue to show support and solidarity to the plight of asylum seekers, refugees, and stateless persons (Persons of Concern).
