2. Read and agree to the Terms & Conditions

3. Input of information: *the e-mail address that will be placed in the application should be accessible since the Certificate and Official Receipt will be sent there.
a. For New application: -Input owner's
information and the preferred Business
Name
b. For Renewal: -Input the Reference Code
or TRN

4. Pay online through the ff:

5. Print the certificate from the e-mail address placed in the application.
