HISTORY
Inspired by the desire to help people in need, be it a result of a natural calamity or man-made, and armed with experience working for different humanitarian groups, a group of young professionals braved to create and found an organization that would respond to these needs. Equipped with knowledge and skills that have been acquired through years of experience and willingness to learn, the
group with all their confidence organized said organization, and paying tribute to where it all started, the organization decided to have their main office at Tanauan, Leyte. The premise of the vision is that, when you help someone devastated or in need, you help restore their dignity and let them understand their self-worth. MISSION
A non profit, non stock and non partisan organization that:
• Prioritizes the basic needs of a vulnerable populace.
• Understand the needs and issues of a community through a grassroots level approach.
• Empower local communities to know their rights and bring solutions to local issues.
• Bring positive change to local communities through advocacies, livelihood programs and sustainable development projects.
• Strengthen the institutionalized disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation initiatives through practical application in the community.
• Inculcate the importance of transparency and accountability to partner, stakeholders and key players. By providing the needed aid in the community, the organization envisions to secure the welfare of a community.
