🏀⛹️♂️❤️ INTERCOLOR BASKETBALL LEAGUE 2026 ❤️⛹️♂️
📍 Poblacion 1, Tanauan City, Batangas
As announced by our Punong Barangay Hon. Angelito Javier "Let" , the Intercolor Basketball League 2026 will officially open!
We invite all basketball enthusiasts, players, and supporters to join us as we promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and community spirit through this exciting league.
📌 Eligibility and Requirements for Participation
✅ All participating players must submit the following credentials prior to the official opening of the league. (Note: Players must meet the specific age requirement before the tournament commences.)
✅ Duly Executed Waiver Form – For minor participants, the waiver must be signed by a parent or legally recognized guardian.
✅ Official Team Roster – A maximum of fifteen (15) players is permitted per team. The roster must bear the signatures of both the Team Captain and the Head Coach.
✅ Barangay Certificate of Residency – Required to verify that the participant is a bona fide resident of the jurisdiction.
✅ Voter’s Certification – Mandatory for participants aged eighteen (18) years and above. The player must be a registered voter of the barangay.
✅ Notice: Failure to submit the complete documentation within the prescribed period shall result in immediate disqualification from the tournament.
📌 General Rules and Regulations
✅ Residency Restriction – This tournament is strictly a Barangay-Based League. Only legitimate and verified residents are permitted to participate.
✅ Game Governance – All matches shall be governed by standard basketball rules and regulations, as implemented by the Tournament Committee.
✅ Athletic Attire – Players are required to wear the official and proper team uniform during all scheduled games.
✅ Punctuality – Teams must be present at the venue at least thirty (30) minutes prior to their scheduled game time.
✅ Grace Period – A maximum grace period of fifteen (15) minutes shall be observed. Failure to appear within this timeframe shall result in a forfeiture of the match by default.
✅ Conduct and Discipline – Any participant involved in physical altercations, unsportsmanlike conduct, or acts of disrespect toward referees, league officials, or fellow players shall face suspension or permanent disqualification.
✅ Finality of Decisions – All rulings rendered by the officiating referees and the Barangay Tournament Committee are final and non-negotiable.
✅ Protest Procedure – Any formal protest must be submitted in writing by the Team Captain within twenty-four (24) hours of the game's conclusion.
📌 Schedule and Venue
✅ The official schedule of games venues will be formally announced upon the conclusion of the final team confirmation.
✅ We encourage all qualified residents to participate and support this sports program. Let us collaborate to promote discipline, mutual respect, and unity through athletic excellence.
