‎In line with the Memorandum Order No. 228, s. 2026, all faculty members and administrative personnel of Jose Rizal Memorial State University are hereby advised and directed to adhere to the following temporary academic and work arrangement during the National Energy Emergency, effective May 5, 2026 until the end of Midyear 2026, signed by Dr. Maria Rio Abdon-Naguit, University President.

‎For Monday and Tuesday sessions, regardless of lecture and laboratory components, shall be conducted onsite and for Wednesday and Thursday schedule shall be done offsite, online (synchronous/asynchronous), modular (printed/digital), or self-paced flexible learning options.

‎Lectures-only courses during Friday and Saturday shall proceed on online learning (synchronous/asynchronous).

Meanwhile, for all laboratory/shop courses, from Wednesday to Saturday, shall be conducted primarily through onsite learning experiences, unless the instructor/professor provides appropriate alternative modalities without compromising the intended learning outcomes (ILOS).
