𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬. 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞. 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢-𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐍𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧.

Alhamdulillah, from March 23–26, 2026, the Islamic Municipality of Tamparan proudly participated in the Nutrition Leadership and Governance – Nutrition Program Management (NLG-NPM) Training held in Davao City, under the Ministry of Health through PMNP.

In a strong show of commitment, our Local Chief Executive, 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐌𝐨𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐝 𝐉𝐮𝐡𝐚𝐫 𝐃. 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐦𝐛𝐚, personally joined the training together with the Local Nutrition Committee (LNC)—demonstrating leadership that champions a multi-sectoral approach to nutrition governance.

We also proudly recognize the participation of our newly installed Municipal Health Officer, Dra. 𝐍𝐮𝐫𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐡 𝐌. 𝐓𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐠,𝐌𝐃 Qnie MT, whose leadership will further strengthen our local health and nutrition initiatives.

From Day 1 to Day 4, the team:

• Deepened understanding of Tamparan’s nutrition situation and challenges

• Strengthened collaboration across sectors and improved LNC functionality

• Aligned plans with the First 1,000 Days framework

• Translated learnings into concrete commitments and actionable strategies

More than knowledge, this journey reinforced our commitment to a coordinated, inclusive, and multi-sectoral nutrition system—ensuring that no sector is left behind in building a healthier Tamparan.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Ministry of Health, PMNP, and facilitators for this empowering experience.

Special appreciation to the LNC Tamparan Team for being recognized as one of the most participative groups—a true reflection of unity, teamwork, and shared purpose.

In the spirit of compassion and solidarity during the blessed month of Ramadan, the Local Government Unit of the Islamic Municipality of Tamparan extends its sincere appreciation to the Office of Chief Minister 𝐀𝐁𝐃𝐔𝐋𝐑𝐀𝐔𝐅 𝐀. 𝐌𝐀𝐂𝐀𝐂𝐔𝐀 and MP 𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐘. 𝐊𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐌 𝐊𝐀𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐔𝐀𝐍 for their generous support in facilitating the release of 𝟏,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬 of 10-kilogram rice (𝐒𝐀𝐌-𝐊𝐈𝐓𝐒).

Additional assistance was also extended through 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐏 𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐘. 𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐎𝐃𝐈𝐍 “𝐎𝐃𝐈𝐍“ 𝐔. 𝐒𝐔𝐌𝐀𝐆𝐀𝐘𝐀𝐍, who provided another 𝟏,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬 of 10-kilogram rice, and from our beloved Municipal Mayor 𝐇𝐎𝐍. 𝐌𝐎𝐇𝐀𝐌𝐌𝐀𝐃 𝐉𝐔𝐇𝐀𝐑 𝐃. 𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐌𝐈𝐌𝐁𝐀 together with 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐑𝐀𝐅𝐄𝐄𝐐𝐀 𝐒𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐂-𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐌𝐈𝐌𝐁𝐀, who contributed 𝟐𝟓𝟎 𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬 of 25-kilogram rice, all for the people of the Islamic Municipality of Tamparan.

The distribution was thoughtfully intended to support the pillars of our religious and educational community—our Ulamas, ISAL teachers, Imams, Bilals, and Masjid caretakers, as well as the Ustadz and Asatidz of every Madrasah and Toril, Arbitrary Council, Sangguniang Bayan headed by Vice Mayor Hon. Al-Haroun Rashid Disomimba & Municipal Councilors), MBHTE-Tamparan Supervisor Baealabi Mosawira Malabi and Public School Principals and most especially the 44 barangays of Tamparan including marginalized communities. Their unwavering service continues to nurture faith, knowledge, and unity within the municipality, and their roles remain essential in guiding the moral and spiritual well-being of our society.

This collective effort reflects the spirit of unity and public service that defines true leadership and embodies the true essence of Ramadan—sharing blessings, strengthening community bonds, and ensuring that no one is left behind. Through acts of generosity and sincere service, communities grow stronger and more resilient.

Our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation go to Deputy Speaker MP Atty. Amenodin U. Sumagayan for continuously championing the welfare of the people of Tamparan. Your dedication to public service truly reflects honorable leadership and a deep commitment to uplifting our district.

The Islamic Municipality of Tamparan participated in the Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) 2026, led by the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) of Tamparan, to strengthen disaster preparedness and community safety.

Together, we continue building a safer and more resilient Tamparan.

𝐑𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐃𝐇𝐀𝐍 𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐋 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐌✨🌙

As the blessed month of Ramadan is nearing its end, here are some of the photos taken during the opening of our Ramadan Special Program, which began on February 23, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the STDD Gymnasium.

The program was led by our honorable Mayor 𝐌𝐎𝐇𝐀𝐌𝐌𝐀𝐃 𝐉𝐔𝐇𝐀𝐑 𝐃. 𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐌𝐈𝐌𝐈𝐌𝐁𝐀, who formally announced the Grand Raffle Draw to be held on the last day of the program. The prizes include an 𝐔𝐦𝐫𝐚𝐡 and 𝐇𝐚𝐣𝐣 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐞 for participants who are able to complete the required attendance sessions set by the program management.

During the first day of the program, 𝐳𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐭 was also distributed to all attendees as part of the LGU initiative to share blessings during this holy month.

We humbly ask for your continued support by attending and participating in the remaining sessions of this program. May Allah continue to guide us in the remaining days of Ramadan and may Allah reward us and accept all our acts of worship during this blessed month of Ramadan. Allahumma Aameen🤲

This meaningful assistance will help support our mosques, madrasah, mujahideen, and marginalized members of the community, especially during this blessed month of Ramadan, when acts of generosity and compassion are greatly valued.

It may also be recalled that last February, 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐲. 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐧 “𝐎𝐃𝐈𝐍” 𝐔. 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 earlier extended 𝟏,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞 assistance intended for the households of Tamparan, reflecting his continued commitment in supporting the communities within the 4th district of Lanao del Sur.

The Local Government of Tamparan, under the leadership of 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐨𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐝 𝐉𝐮𝐡𝐚𝐫 𝐃. 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐦𝐛𝐚, expresses its sincere appreciation to our Bangsamoro leaders for their continued assistance and dedication in serving the people.The municipality also specially recognizes the consistent support of 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐲.
