Started the week with a meaningful Flag Ceremony together with line agencies, men in uniform, barangay officials, and members of the community, symbolizing unity, cooperation, and our shared commitment to maintaining peace, order, and progress in the municipality. ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญโœจ

This was followed by the Joint Meeting of the Municipal Peace and Order Council (MPOC) and Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse Council (MADAC) for the 2nd Quarter. The activity officially began with the roll call led by Janina Pangandaman, MILGOO Representative.

Peace and order updates were then presented by AFP representative 1LT. Rewine G. Degorio and PNP representative Alladin Gandamasir, highlighting the current peace and security situation in the municipality.

An important update on RIDO cases was also discussed by Ayob S. Polao, where he presented the number of clan conflicts that have already been resolved, as well as the continuing efforts toward reconciliation and lasting peace within the community.

The 18 barangays also presented their respective updates, showcasing their accomplishments, presenting their barangay land maps, providing updates on their monthly road clearing operations, and reporting the number of unsettled RIDO cases and the concerned parties in their respective areas. These updates emphasized the importance of coordination, community responsibility, and proactive conflict resolution at the grassroots level.

Representatives from line agencies also shared their updates and programs, including Alana Mansor from MBHTE and Nasip Ampuan from MAFAR.

The meeting served as a vital platform to strengthen collaboration, coordination, and commitment among agencies and barangays in working together toward a safer, more peaceful, and progressive municipality for all. ๐Ÿค๐Ÿ’™

This meaningful program aims to help families who cannot afford the Aqiqah celebration of their children, giving every child the opportunity to take part in this important Islamic tradition.

This year, all barangays were provided with livestock as part of the celebration of the blessed Eidโ€™l Adha โ€” a symbol of faith, sacrifice, generosity, and unity within the community. Through this initiative, may more children and families experience compassion, blessings, and the true spirit of solidarity among the people of Pagayawan. ๐Ÿ™โœจ

On May 18, 2026, the Municipality reaffirmed its commitment to education through the EduKHALIDAd Program in support of Brigada Eskwela.

The Municipal Government of Pagayawan, through the Office of the Municipal Assessor, respectfully informs all residents, property owners, stakeholders, and interested constituents of the Proposed 2026 Schedule of Market Values (SMV) for the assessment and classification of real properties within the Province of Lanao del Sur.

The proposed Schedule of Market Values was prepared in accordance with:

โœ”๏ธ Sections 212โ€“216 of Local Government Code of 1991
โœ”๏ธ Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RVARA)
โœ”๏ธ Relevant rules, regulations, and guidelines issued by the Department of Finance (DOF) through the Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF)

This undertaking aims to ensure a fair, transparent, updated, and uniform system for the valuation, assessment, and classification of real properties, aligned with national laws and standards.
