LGU Tampakan Trains School Partners on LVE Financial Management
TAMPAKAN, SOUTH COTABATO — The Municipal Government of Tampakan headed by Hon. Leonard T. Escobillo, RN strengthened financial accountability in the implementation of the Learning Values Thru Education (LVE) – Financial Assistance to Public School Learners Program through a one-day Financial Management and Records-Keeping Training-Writeshop on September 8, 2026, at the Tampakan Community College AVR Hall.
The activity gathered 80 School Parent-Teachers Association (SPTA) Presidents, Treasurers, and School Coordinators to enhance their knowledge and skills in financial management, documentation, and liquidation of program funds.
PMO Head Mr. Rowell D. Distura, who facilitated the training, discussed the program policies and the roles and responsibilities of SPTAs and schools, while Ms. Revenia Argenluz Tupas presented the required supporting documents for the liquidation process.
The training underscored the LGU’s commitment to transparency, proper fund utilization, and accountability in delivering education assistance to public school learners.
In his closing message, PTA Federation President-Elect Mr. Ryan Lagrimas expressed the federation’s support and commitment to the continued successful implementation of the LVE program.
