The Barangay Agrarian Reform Committee (BARC) Reorganization was successfully conducted in Brgy. Tablu, Tampakan, led by Punong Barangay Hon. Gloria Magbanua. This activity highlights the importance of community participation in ensuring the effective delivery of agrarian reform programs at the barangay level.

BARC Chairman Arnold Yonido was re-elected, together with a new set of Committee Chairpersons who will serve within the Barangay Agrarian Reform Committee.

The initiative strengthens coordination, accountability, and responsiveness in addressing the concerns of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries. Participants were also informed of the status of their K*K lands and oriented on the fundamental mandates of the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR).

‼️W A T C H :|| Distribution of E-Titles

The Department of Agrarian Reform -Municipal Office of Tampakan successfully facilitated the distribution of E-Titles to the Malibago Estate located in Brgy. Maltana, Tampakan, South Cotabato, covering a total land area of 12 hectares. After more than 20 years of waiting for the parcelization of the former collective title, the heirs of Laureano Malibago Sr. finally received their individual titles. The ten (10) heirs were granted equal partition, consisting of one (1) hectare for their respective farm lots and 2,000 square meters for their home lots—marking a significant milestone in securing land tenure and farmers’ rights.
