Rolando “Nato” Malabuyoc FABC President and Ex-officio Board Member Rolando "Nato" De Lara Malabuyoc is a public servant and businessman. Nato is a graduate of BS Marine Transportation.

His life as a public servant started in 1989 as a Barangay Captain of Brgy. Kipalbig, Tampakan, South Cotabato. For 5 terms or 15 years (1992-1998 and 2001-2010), he served as a Municipal Councilor of Tampakan, South Cotabato. In his desire to improve and deliver true public service to the residents of Brgy. Kipalbig, he returned to public office as Barangay Captain of Brgy. Kipalbig in 2018. Curr

ently, he is serving as the ex-officio board member of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng South Cotabato being the President of the Federation of ABC Presidents. Even before returning to public office, Nato and his family are already operating different businesses including a poultry farm, sari-sari store, hardware, bakery, and trucking service providing for employment and helping the local economy.
