01 SEPTEMBER 2026 II HANGING OF TARPAULIN - 32ND NATIONAL CRIME PREVENTION WEEK (NCPW) CELEBRATION

IN FRAME || The Bureau of Fire Protection Region 9, under the strong leadership of 𝐅𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐊𝐀𝐃𝐈𝐋 𝐓 𝐀𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐔𝐋, 𝗗𝗦𝗖, Acting Regional Director, and the supervision of 𝗙𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗧 𝗟𝗨𝗖𝗜𝗢 𝗣 𝗔𝗟𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗡, 𝗗𝗦𝗖, Acting Provincial Fire Marshal, Tambulig Municipal Fire Station personnel, led by SFO4 Luciano T Ocliaso Jr, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, conducted the official hanging of the advocacy tarpaulin for the 32nd National Crime Prevention Week (NCPW).

The hanging of tarpaulins is a standard kick-off activity for Philippine government agencies, PNP units, LGUs, and schools to show solidarity for the annual National Crime Prevention Week (NCPW), observed every September 1–7 pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 461.

This celebration reminds us that crime prevention is a shared responsibility. Through strong community cooperation, awareness, discipline, and active participation, we can help build a safer and more peaceful community for everyone.

OOA 1400H-1430H 01 SEPTEMBER 2026 || COORDINATION MEETING

In FRAME|| Under the supervision of the Acting Regional Director of BFP IX, 𝐅𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐊𝐀𝐃𝐈𝐋 𝐓 𝐀𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐔𝐋, 𝗗𝗦𝗖, and the leadership of 𝗙𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗧 𝗟𝗨𝗖𝗜𝗢 𝗣 𝗔𝗟𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗡, 𝗗𝗦𝗖, Acting Provincial Fire Marshal, and under the stewardship of SFO4 Luciano T Ocliaso Jr, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, Tambulig MFS personnel attended the coordination meeting in preparation for the upcoming nationwide simultaneous school safety drill for active attack incidents on September 3, 2026.

Discussions focused on the planned conduct of the drill, coordination of participating personnel, response procedures, communication and reporting mechanisms, and other operational considerations necessary to ensure that the activity will be carried out safely and effectively.

The drill will be in active partnership with local Philippine National Police (PNP) and the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (LDRRMO), emphasizing the importance of close inter-agency coordination in preparing for emergencies that may threaten the safety and security of the school community.
